What you will be needing
3 tablespoons oil
1 cup finely diced onions sautéed
1 teaspoon red crushed pepper flakes
2 pounds 80/20 ground beef
1/3 cup breadcrumbs i used garlic and herbs regular is fine
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 3/4 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped Italian parsley
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
2 beaten eggs
1/4 cup fresh Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup water
1 32oz jar of marinara sauce
Some jarred sauces can be tart adding 1 to 2 teaspoons of sugar helps
Topping for sandwich
Freshly grated mozzarella 
Freshly grated Parmesan
 pepperoncini peppers
Sub or hoagie bread loafs
