Easy Mushroom Growing: How to Make Grain Spawn Using Liquid Culture 

In this video, I make grain spawn jars! My favourite way to cultivate a lot of mycelium reasonably quickly!
Materials: Grain Jar
A Big Jar
Silicon Injection Ports
Micro Pore Tape (.22 micron)
Aluminium
Glue
Punch/Drill/Screw Driver
Whole Grain Rice
Some Liquid Culture or Spore Solution
A Pressure Cooker
Preparing The Grain:
As we're using whole grain rice, we simply introduce the desired amount to boiling water and then cook for half the recommended time on the pack (Some brands a par boiled and cook much quicker....always check the pack!) Rice should be somewhat crunchy after cooking! Use the old taste test!!
Once the rice is cooked, quickly cool in water to prevent further cooking! Let the surface of the rice dry as much as possible.
Add the Rice to the jars and cover in foil. Place in the pressure cooker and sterilise for 2 hour to be safe!
Let the jars cool right down (I leave overnight) before removing from the pressure cooker.
Inoculate in your still air box!
