These delicious and easy laddus are packed with nutritious ingredients. Made with Ragi/Finger Millets and sweetened with dates, these laddus are soft, delicious and so flavourful! Completely gluten free, with no added sugars.
A great recipe that you can include in your daily diet and one that also will be perfect during any festivals. After all, homemade laddus are the best! Aren't they?
The ingredients :
1 Cup - Ragi flour
1/4 Cup - Ghee
1/4 Cup - Besan
100g - Deseeded Dates
1/4 Cup - Chopped nuts
2 Cardamom pods (crushed)
