Introducing the recipe and how to make "Seafood Paella in a frying pan". I made paella using seafood mix. Since it uses saffron, it has a full-fledged finish. If you make it using a frying pan, you can easily make it without paella bread.
■ Materials (3-4 people / 40 minutes)
・ Frozen seafood mix: 150g
・ Salt: A little ・ Kosho: A little ・ Rice (washless rice): 2 go ・ Garlic (Mijin): 1 piece ・ Onion: 1/2 ・ Red paprika: 1/4 ・ Yellow paprika: 1/4 ・ White Wine: 50cc
・ Water: up to 400cc scale ・ Saffron: 1 teaspoon ・ a. Consomme: 2 teaspoons ・ a. Salt: a little ・ a. Coarse ground black pepper: a little ・ Olive oil: 1 teaspoon ・ Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
■ Preparation ・ Chop the onion.
・ Cut paprika into small pieces.
■ How to make ① Add olive oil (1 teaspoon) to a frying pan, heat on medium heat, add frozen seafood mix, fry and add salt and pepper.
② Add white wine and bring to a boil. When the seafood mix is cooked, open it in a bowl with a colander and separate it into water and ingredients. Put saffron in a bowl.
③ Put the water in the bowl into a measuring cup and add water to make 400cc.
④ Put olive oil (1 tablespoon) in the frying pan of ①, add garlic, heat on low heat, add onions and fry until tender.
⑤ Add red paprika and yellow paprika, bake and take out.
⑥ Add rice and fry until clear, add seasonings ③ and (a), mix gently and simmer on medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes.
⑦ Cover and heat on low heat for 15 to 20 minutes. Put paprika and seafood mix on top, cover and steam for 10 minutes. Complete with parsley topping.
■ Tips / Points ・ If you don't have enough time to fry the rice, it will be difficult for the rice to cook, so please fry it until it is clear.
・ If there is not enough water when heating with the lid on, add about 1 tablespoon of water at a time.
