These crackers are so delicious, and super easy to make! All you need is a few seeds and a dehydrator, and you are on your way to a healthy snack or side for your soups, dips and salads. These could also be made at low temperature in the oven if you prefer, or do not have a dehydrator.
Cracker Recipe:
2 Tablespoons each pumpkin and sunflower seeds
1/4 cup almonds
3 Roma tomatoes, or about 2 cups any tomato
6 Tablespoons ground flax seed
3 Tablespoons Psyllium husk
1 Tablespoon each Chia Seeds, Hemp Seeds, Sesame Seeds and Seasoning blend. ( i used Mrs. Dash onion and herb, but any blend will work, everything bagel seasoning is also really good!
Salt to taste.
Soak Almonds, sunflower and pumpkin seeds overnight or until they developed a small white protrusion on the tip of the seed (not all will have it, but its ok!) discard soaking water and peel almonds, peeling is optional but recommended. Place almonds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, tomatoes, flax, and psyllium husk into blender with 1/4 cup of water and blend until combined, it doesn't have to be smooth. pour blended mix into a bowl to mix and add remaining ingredients and stir to combine. Spread evenly onto parchment paper lined or silicone pad lined dehydrator tray and dehydrate for about 3 hours. After 3 hours turn crackers over and score if desired. Return to tray and continue to dehydrate for about 24 hours or until they have reached your desired crispiness. Enjoy!

Cauliflower Hummus Recipe
1 & 1/2 cups riced cauliflower
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons Tahini
juice of 1 lemon
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric & pinch of black pepper
1/8 cold water
just add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth
I topped mine with cilantro, crushed red pepper and black pepper
