This used to be my moms go to, back in the 70’s. Now, with hamburger at $6 a pound and bell peppers over a buck a piece, this is more like Sunday supper.🙏🏼♥️

I like to char and peel the peppers. That's more of an Italian or Mexican thing tho based on what you stuff them, or serve with.
