Sweet Potato Pie recipe :
3 large sweet potato
frozen pie crust
2 eggs
1 1/2 cup of white sugar
3 tbsp butter
3/4 cup evaporated milk
1tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
OPTIONAL :
1/4 cup flour
Bake at 350 for 1hr and 10 mins
use aluminum foil on outer crust after 35 or 40 mins to prevent from burning
