Hello everyone, Thanks for watching this video. For the starter; use any active live culture, any type of previously made yogurt (dairy/non-dairy). You can also use whole chillies and chilli tops as they contain lactic acid bacteria. In case you decided to use chillies, I recommend instead of directly putting the chillies in milk, make a small batch for starter. That way you will get better results.
This is my favorite. I made bircher oats with this, raita, plain with jaggery , chaach. I can have this everyday. But wonder if it is ok to have it daily😅
