I just recently bought the exact same mazda maybe 2months already! This is awesome dude! You should do a video in replacing your brakes and rotors! Just did mines and were so simple. I love how you explain every step! I certainly dont thave the patience lol Great job brother

@@alangolightly9850 I had trouble with that one too. I had to loose the bracket that’s on top of it.

Excellent video. Thank you for pointing out your own gotchas. I am sure it helped me avoid those mistakes. Another pointer for being able to move that plate to reach the coil pack screws. Note at 2:55 you have an excellent diagram with the screws to remove. Also there are two screws on the gold-ish bracket to the right of your finger. removing these screws is also helpful.

Two pitfalls (both got me): 1) as stated it is hard to line up the 3rd and 4th coil packs squarely on top of the plugs due to those hoses. You need someone to pull them for you while you drop the packs in straight or they will catch the top of the plugs (and you cross thread your bolts as I have done). And 2) the spark plug socket can get stuck on the new spark plug once you’ve torqued it and disconnect from the wrench extension. Might be a quality issue with extension/socket. You then have to fish it out with needle tip pliers. One trick I saw in a video was to secure the two together with tape prior to dropping in the new plug. Worked well for me.

Yep, that ignition coil on the driver's side was a pain in the butt. Kept thinking of removing the tubing. As Kevin stated, when it's right, it should almost drop in place.

Taking off the 10mm right next to the 8mm allowed me to lift the bracket higher, giving me more space. Also i put the 2 driver side plugs in a bit sideways and twisted it up upright to get it to fit in easier.

After some probing at a Mazda dealership. I got the part number. It's 9XF0-02-127L cost me $5.

URGENT ‼️ I am not able to insert 4th pipe(from left) in right now. It does not sit properly no matter what . I tired 100 times and it’s not sitting. Please help !
