It was way easy to take a 2 foot pry bar and bend the body out of the way. It really did just bend the lip enough to get the bolt past. Thank you for your videos.
@@Pocketpac Good question. I don’t think I mentioned that, but I only had to leave it soaking for a couple minutes. Of course it will depend on how clogged your screen is.
@@KevinNadeau I ended up rednecking my way outa the situation. I had the exact same symptoms as you did and didn't wanna pull the whole thing apart just to get to the tube, so I drained the oil and put 1 gallon of degreaser down the dip stick tube. 12 hours later I drained it totally and put fresh oil and filter and walla, problem solved! I did all this yesterday inspired by all your videos.

Omg....i do have the problem when putting gas in where it clicks off. I put the nozzle in and the handle is turned to 3:00 position. But i've also noticed that certain gas stations that had the better detergence it won't happen to
So the prongs on tge seal dont match up because there are 12 slots on inner bearing and 14 prongs on the seal. So you just press it in until it cant go in anymore. The prongs get smashed which looks like tgey aren't needed since its just a seal/bearing. ??.
I hate to be rude but bro, same here. Vortecs are everywhere for practically free and aluminum heads on Amazon for $300/pair. Amazon heads are crap next to Brodix or AFR, but still leaps and bounds ahead of humps. I guess this is for the purists of the car community?
Everything is more prone to cracking when compared to an iron wedge 😂. 904s are good, never had a set crack except for when I was learning nitrous oxide.
