I’m new to this I was wondering if you have to worry about puncturing a bladder? If anyone could enlighten me, I’ve only ever cleaned a bonnet head shark and I was careful not to poke anything that could leak
Never cooked trout but with salmon I leave both the skin and scales on when I cook it. If you make it right all the meat should pull right off :) actually I think it would be a lot more trouble to cook skinless as it would fall apart quick
With Trout I leave the skin on, and then roll them in a little flour after I clean the fish, then throw them in a lightly greased pan. Love eating the crispy tail, taste like pop corn. ;)
Chasizzler 1942 this would be a “dressed” trout- meaning the fish would be seasoned on the inside or even stuffed, then cooked whole; no filleting needed
