It's hard to find a trusted lawyer, I talked to about 5 lawyers and most don't don't even know what they are talking about giving me wrong information, saying free consultation and then when it comes to contract charge 500 dollars, some just charge extra extra extra with every step, I don't trust the lawyers because of experience

🙌🙌 We hired a lawyer for our process and it was the BEST decision because we followed the paperwork but had 2 issues that our lawyer caught right away. Had we submitted without that revision....that would have added MONTHS. So worth it even if your case is SIMPLE.
I used a lawyer to file my i130 and I had to be the one to push my case , I filed my adjustment work permit travel documents by myself and I was approved I got my work permit 2.5 months after I filled it and less than 6 months I got my 10 year greencard 🙏🏽
I filed my i-130 9months ago. Still haven't heard from them. In light of your experience, should I apply for a work permit? My wife is the only one working and its killing us as there are too many Bills to pay. Pls advice. Cheers.

@@ibraheemmansaray2448 hi sorry I didnt see your comment, I was replying to the original poster. If you dont mind me asking are you located in the U.S with your wife or are you living abroad? If you are in the u.s. and have the ability to apply for a work permit that sounds like a great idea, (but I am by no means an attorney and I have no experience with your situation) I live here and my husband is abroad so we are doing I 130 as well.... I do know that they are still reviewing the submitted forms because they responded and asked me to resubmit. So dont lose faith! Also Ms. Mcbean did a great live video that addressed many questions that people had about who is "SAFE" during the 60 day freeze.

When he was here he never had any problems with any law enforcement and anybody. He has been in his country around 8 years now. He wants to visit USA again. Is he elegible to apply to tourism visa? If someone got denied in 2013 and that person got divorced and married again, put in their papers, everything went fine up to interview and then got denied again and then got barred. After so much years ,they reopened your case on their own and reviewing your case, is it a good decision? Will they issue a work permit?

There is no quick fix to speed up processing times; the agency is solely focusing on Naturalization during the pandemic. Delays will occur as the agency is presently working with only 25% of their personnel!

Hello, I have a question. My wife owns an H1B and lives in the USA. I own a H4 and live in Germany. For my wife an EB3-Greencard was applied for. Current status of petitions I140/765/131/485: "Case was received." When their green card process is complete, I want them to apply for I824 for me. Can I visit my wife with my H4 when my wife's greencard process is running ? Unfortunately I have found different information on the Internet. Some statements say that this is possible without any problems. Other statements claim that when I485 starts processing, my wife's H1B becomes invalid and therefore my H4 also expires. What is right?

Hello How are you. I have a question about visa bulletin. If you see visa bulletin of Month January 2020 or december 2019. Visa category F4 proity date was 1 Feb 2007 for rest of the world. After Feb 2020 visa bulletin dates go back. Like May 2020 for F4 category is 22 July 2006. Why it goes back. Its great frastration. My priority date is 29 december 2010 for rest of the world. How much i have to do wait. Please tell me in little detail why it happend.

Hello my case has made it to the NVC. I have received and emailed but not an letter. I have my case number and invoice number. So I was able to pay for both fees the affidavit support fee and the Visa fee. I've was also successfully able to complete the Visa application. But when it come to upload the civil documents it will not let me.

My case(i130) has been stuck at the USCIS for over 3 years now and whenever we make an out of normal processing time request, all they say is I have been placed under security checks and they can't determine when the results of the checks will come back. This process is so so frustrating especially as my spouse is still a LPR. What bothers me now is if we go ahead and file a writ of mandamus, chances are, the court/USCIS technically may rule in favor of the govt, and deny my case because we are pushing them to take a decision while they are still waiting for whatever security checks that's holding them to make a decision. My hands are really tight and only GOD can save us at this point.

I did my I-130 sent it to USCIS first update November after months went by I got a new update April 30 and a letter for what I have to do next I did all of it. Pictures together conversations with dates times and a letter how we met. And get the notary. Well here’s the question my wife had to write a letter and get the notary too and sign it like I did but the U.S and Philippines can’t get mail from each other because of the virus around the world yes she made a copy and emailed it to me with notary on it will the USCIS be ok with the copy of the letter also I print out from google about U.S and Philippines can’t get mail from each other. I did too. For the K-1 process I had a lawyer because I was overwhelmed and didn't know anything. I got approved with my lawyer but was charged $1300 by her. Not bad but not cheap either! Also she made mistakes on the app lol. On the green card app I did it on my own and prayed and looked up so many resources. I got an RFE but eventually was approved 3wks later. I am now waiting for the interview. Not using a lawyer this time around helped my finances a bunch because the green card process and immigration process as a whole is expensive.
