Isn't a bit too late for me I'm 63, and hurt a lot due to not exercising enough,and having problems in my life, if I lie flat it's very painful etc but I'm going to try and do it anyway it's the simplest and clearest instructions I've found to date so thankyou for this.

Hoe is it going? Once you become flexible enough you can add running or jogging to your routine then do yoga stretches after..it will be better.i can relate on the lower back pain when you lay down flat..and i am not even in my 30s

When I do Janu Sirsasana , between calf muscles and thighs which is exactly below the knee , stretches a lot , which is why I'm not able to do it

Namaste. Listen to your body. If you feel fatigued or need more time to transition between asanas, take the time you need. Beginners may find it helpful to take a bit more rest between asanas to become familiar with alignment and build stamina gradually
