You guys are awesome. I only lasted 8 days on the B, B, B & E and I broke down and had 1/2 n 1/2 in my coffee. I’m at my goal weight after 165 lb weight loss the first 1-1/2 on keto and have remained at my goal weight for 3-1/2 years. Well plus or minus 5 lbs of goal. I just like to try different types of keto/carnivore now and then. Keep up the great job👏👏👏🥰

Next time use 1-2 tablespoons of butter in place of half n half. Use a nutrabullet and blend for 3-4 sec. I too love half n half…. This works for me.

I love watching your channel. It’s such a refreshing break from all the negativity out there. Sara, I think it’s cute that CJ was filming you making meatballs. Holy black pepper, Batman! Meatballs au poivre, yes please. I know a lot of people don't like it, more for me! When I bake my balls I add beef broth, about 1/2 inch, to the cookie sheet, I find it still browns them but steams them as well and keeps them super tender. And use clean broth to keep it bbbe.

I used Laura Spath’s recipe tonight. I forgot to add the egg🙄 They had cheese, bacon, ground beef, and seasonings (I used salt, pepper, Redmond’s seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning). They were great without the egg. Bacon made them 😉

Such a simple meal that I can remember it without seeing the video again. At the end of the video you talk about instructing your kids not to open the door. I'm always telling my husband to not answer the door to just anyone - we don't need to meet their wants, not with today's crime. He trusts everyone too much, including keeping our garage door open when he's mowing in the back.

Tried the recipe but went to three pounds of meat, 3 eggs, salt and pepper 1 Tbs each as per 2 lb recipe. They tasted good but my salt & pepper tastebuds were a fair tad overwhelmed. Wish I’d tried a 1 lb trial batch. Not complaining, my wife would probably find the salt spot on or a little lacking, really just suggesting to others that you think about the salt/pepper amount if you aren’t used to lots. Will be doing these again, thanks for the recipe, but will adjust as she suggested in the subtitles. My wife often says that I don’t listen worth a damn, or something like that, I really wasn’t paying attention at the time. Maybe half the salt, 1/4 the pepper & add garlic powder. Hmm, licking my chops thinking about it.

You can also add bacon Cook it first then chop it. Flavor city!! I also add cheese and crushed pork rinds to mine.

I would like to see how this goes. I tried the south beach diet many years ago eating only meat for two weeks and it was too hard. Keto is better for me. I like a small salad once a week for my digestion. Also, right now I have no kitchen, so I order prepared foods and keto-ize them.

Yes regular carnivore meatballs could include a binder such as pork rinds, but because we are doing extreme carnivore and eating only beef bacon butter and eggs we left out any binder. Thanks for watching

Hi Janet, we have used pork Panko and also almond flour in the past in other meatball preparations. Because we are currently doing BBBE… Which is a version of extreme carnivore for the month of August, we are attempting to use only beef, bacon, butter and eggs in our diet for 30 days. Feel free to add panko if you wish, but the meatballs don’t require them. Thanks for watching 😊

I know you were playfully teasing and fussing about for using a dishwasher instead of watching the dishes by hand but here's some advantages her hands will be softer because they won't be damaged by dishwashing liquid the machine saves your time so she has more time to devote to spoiling you and also during this time in history where there's a lot of germs the dishwasher sanitizes everything that goes in it so hopefully everybody will stay healthier. That sounds like a win-win situation to me.
