I chop about 2 - 3 cloves of garlic, i eat that and then I make Organic Matcha with 5 - 6 lemons, 3 tablespoons of Apple Cidar Vinegar. This daily drink gives you the added antioxidant boost of Matcha as well. Try it out!
Sounds very interesting! I am a big fan of Matcha green tea. I have a good bit of organic Matcha, so I will give this a try! :) Thank you for the suggestion and thank you very much for watching :) - Coach Nate
Great question Marilyn. Although it may lose a little bit of its nutritional value though the dehydration process, it will STILL keep most of its amazing medicinal and health promoting abilities. Especially important, the allicin will still remain. If you have garlic powder at home and would rather use this, go for it :). I would just substitute half a clove to one to two teaspoons of garlic powder for daily use (with one probably being enough). Thank you for your question and watching; have an amazing day! - Coach Nate
@@Foods4Health Interesting Nate. I know that you would prefer fresh cloves, but I did not know that garlic powder kept its allicin content! Thank you for the great information Coach 💯🧄🍋🍎
I live in Michigan and we have such cold weather at this time But the garlic powder was all I have around the house today I want to make up some today But I will definitely get some garlic cloves this week when I go grocery shopping love the great information your channel shares
No no my friend, at 01:02 NEVER EVER brush your theeth after eating or drinking something acidic, like lemon or vinegar. It make your teeth 'furry' (you can feel it) and if you brush your teeth afterwards, you can damage the enamel even more.
Thank you Snowy for watching. I suppose I meant in the video to rinse and then brush about an hour/hour and a half later. Rinsing will do right after, just as long as the viewers are aware of the high potential/probability for tooth enamel damage from consuming. See you in the streams! - Coach Nate
