I’m almost done eating while you’re making your sandwich, but honestly I’ve never heard of a meal support video. Now that I know what they are, I will utilize them better in the future. I have ADHD and sometimes forget to eat. I’m really trying to be better about feeding myself.
I LOVE these videos!!!!! You are so wonderful around food 💗Recovery sucks but you make it seem so much easier 😊 This binge/restrict cycle has gotta go! What would you tell a client on how to “start” eating during the day? Just pick a day and make myself do it , I would assume! I’m just so fearful I’ll still want to consume a whole entire days worth of calories at night even if I’m eating all through out the day still. That’s my dilemma 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
Sorry for all the questions I just want to try more fun drinks like sodas, but I also do not want to only drink regular or only drinks diet/zero sugar. I want it kind of find a balance.
First, Hannah, my husband is not going to like you so much for giving more ideas of books to read. I'm reading several books --- academically and for pleasure. The one I am working on now is "Peter the Great, His Life & World" by Robert K. Massie. I have 5 bookshelves and I really need about six rooms of bookshelves! LOL Second, I am a T1D and trying to follow Intuitive eating. Your Panini looks so good --- how can I adapt that without blowing my BG out of this realm?? I've absolutely fallen in love with Premier Protein...thanks to you! 🥰
You can never have too many bookshelves 😆 A few ways to modify the carb count could be perhaps to have an open-faced sandwich on one slice of bread or cut the slice in half, choose a higher-fiber bread, or maybe incorporate a non-starchy veggie on the side like cucumbers or peppers along with a smaller portion of the chips! Or maybe enjoying this meal prior to some exercise, which could help lower BG afterwards 😊
Is there a reason you choose zero sugar sodas compared to regular ones? If you were to drink regular sodas would you drink them in the same amount as the zero sugar ones? Also you would you consider drinking zero sugar sodas gentle nutrition?
Gentle nutrition is exactly the reason! I don’t feel the best when drinking regular sodas or other sugary drinks. However, I would not feel guilty or like I had to “burn off” a regular soda if that was what was available. I also like the taste of non-nutritive sweeteners, and I know others do not and that is why they choose regular 🙂
