A little side story to share - Ben Shephard was always my little celebrity crush so when I was in the studio before the segment and the make-up lady got me to lie back on this chair in the make-up room to powder some anti-shine stuff on my face for the camera, my eyes were shut when I started gushing to her how I thought he was so cute and can't believe I was going to be seeing him, when suddenly I felt a hand on my shoulder with an "Alright, Lovey!" and lo and behold that was Ben Shephard himself who heard me. The makeup lady wa grinning and I was so embarrassed...just something that sticks in my mind...😂❤😂
