That food looked mid at best. Some of those dishes looked like ghost kitchen type food that’s made offsite, then heated up at the restaurant and served.

New to the channel. One thing I like about your reviews is how honest you are; if it's not something you like, you don't hesitate to call it like it was. Yes his honesty is great... in one video that I've watched recently... where are the kitchen wasn't accommodating to spreading out the food the way he requested.. he still gave the most honest review that he could. Due to a lot of the food being cold he was unable to give a full honest answer but he did the best he could.. without being rude or straight up disrespectful... that's why I love his channel so much... because he is very open-minded when it comes to certain things.. even though I do agree restaurant was completely empty at the time they could have done it.. and also working in the restaurant industry for years if I knew someone was coming in to do a review on my restaurant... I would hands down and want to make sure the products were going out the best they could be..

One of the major advantages of being a food RU-vidr for Vegas is living in Vegas lol. This video was filmed this past Thursday evening. Hi Shin, I think this bar is really pushing the envelope to serve 6 Tostitos chips for $21. I would have sent it back at first sight. That was absurd to even think they could get away with that. It would be enough for me to never come back. That is a good way to lose customers right out of the gate. Thanks for the video.

Happy new year Shin, another fantastic thorough and entertaining review. The first thing that I was laughing about was the adobo nachos @ 21.00 for 6 chips on the plate, highway robbery along with charging 9.00 for a domestic beer aka Budweiser. Spot on about the chicken sandwich as the balance was not there. I was looking at the bread to chicken cutlet ratio which was way off. The salmon was beautifully cooked. It seems like this sports bar was more in line with a Gastropub as the food seemed to try and be slightly more elevated than a traditional sports bar food offerings.

Hey Shin, This is Jason From StripSteak. I was your waiter when you did the review for us. I've been wanting to check out the Fountainebleau. I went last night and ate at Tavern because of your review. You were spot on! Loved the crab cake, salmon , and the Prime rib dip sandwich. I also had the Delta Force cocktail which is their version of an old fashioned. They add Ardbeg scotch to it to add a smoky character. The wife and I had a great time. Hoping to see a review of Don's Prime soon! Keep up the good work man. I really enjoy your videos!

The Fontainebleau is definitely a place I'd love to stay. What a beautiful property! Thank you for your review of the restaurants there. For someone like me who many not be able to afford to stay at a place like this it is nice to know we can still experience it by eating at the restaurants and visiting the casino. My parents were there yesterday. My mom didn't have kind words about that restaurant and the resort. You should check out Harvest at the Bellagio. I honestly enjoyed their lechon lettuce wraps.

Yeah, Fontainebleau still appears to be a mixed bag. Some people I know who have gone have said it's the new coming of Vegas luxury and style, and others like your mother think it's the worst resort on the strip. It seems they have consistency issues and growing pains to go through. I've now been to the Fontainebleau 5-6 times and so far, my experiences have all been decent to great. One of my closer friends said he would never return to that hotel again for the rest of his natural life. I It is my eventual goal to put every mega resort restaurant on the channel so I will hit them all eventually. Harvest is one I don't think was on my spreadsheet for a while. Though I'll think about bumping it up because I was looking to get a restaurant review at the Bellagio because I see I only have their buffet there and they have so many great restaurants. I'll put a note to try the lechon lettuce wraps when I do eventually go though. Thanks for watching!

great review my friend the food looked great ,thank you very much for this review ,i must say those prices in las vegas are extremely high very expensive , it used to be a time when the eats were cheap because they wanted you to gamble

Yeah, Vegas is very expensive. Someone recently commented that the long time super cheap breakfast at La Salsa Cantina has hit $9.99. I was there only a few months ago and it was $6.99. Vegas is becoming more and more expensive every day. Thanks for watching!

Kind of small appetizers. Not into the everything bagel spice, it’s kind of had its moment. Love your descriptions of the food. I really trust what you say in your reviews because I know you have good taste!

It looks like the missed the mark a little bit with The Tavern 😬. My husband and i stayed at the Fontainebleau for four nights over Christmas and had an amazing time. I encourage you to try KYU. It was the best meal of our trip and i'm STILL dreaming about it! The Wagyu Tartar was mind blowing 🔥

Shin, thanks for the correct use of “jus”, French for “juice”. As you know, “au jus” means “with the juice”. I cringe when self righteous, smug tv “chefs” say “try this with the au jus”. In other words, “try this with with the juice”. It’s just jus! Meat juice! 😂 Thanks for the great vids.
