In this video I tried Ethiopian food for the first time, which I was able to find at the Blue Nile restaurant in Birmingham.
Ethiopian food has literally been calling my name. No seriously, there's a dish called 'Shiro'. You don't believe me? Look it up! Injera is every man's dream dish but better coz you don't have to get up for more as it's all served in one dish.

It is such a filling dish. If you go I would suggest taking 2, 3 people with you. Or one other person with a big appetite 😃. One of the best experiences so far

I’ve driven past it before as well. I think the colours are for the authenticity. It is so beautiful inside and they play very nice calming Ethiopian music. If you like exploring different cultures I would suggest this one 😊

Thanks Clairey! I have noticed a few Ethiopian restaurants in Birmingham so I may include them again in the future! The staff here were particularly friendly! The chickpea dish was amazing, wow, I really want to go back now 😂
