@very nice - thanks. A suggestion to managers/owners of 'The Royal Cesars' [This could be useful to all Ethiopian restaurants]. It would be helpful if you provided a brief/basic demonstration on how injera or Ethiopian food is eaten. Have a small serve of your own injera & wot/stews with which to demonstrate to your new customers how: a) to tear a piece of injera, b) the ideal size of injera to be torn, c) how to scoop the wot/stews by using an injera piece, d) how to combine the various stews by using the same piece of injera, etc. Often, the new customers of Ethiopian restaurants tend to tear a rather large piece of injera & smother their mouths with it. It is better to start with a smaller piece of injera &, gradually, determine a piece/bite one is comfortable with. Thanks again & Good Luck.
