Great to see that you had fun and you seem very relaxed during this trip, like there is some kind of relief for you now you don't have any food rules/limits anymore! Is it sometimes still a little hard, or was it in the beginning, not to feel guilty perhaps? After being fully plantbased i now eat sometimes vegetarian, but eating meat and fish would be very weird for me after not eating them for so long. Of course the most important thing is that you feel your best in your body and mind! Was just wondering how you have experienced this transition!
