It’s really not compulsory to eat all Indian food with hands… I’m an Indian and I have never eaten rice and curry with hands… all really depends on ur comfort and practicality.
David David David!! The subtleties you get into like the difference between curry/ gravy/ chutney! Super impressed! Thanks for spreading Indian food with such great correct detail!
India is a mix of traditions and morals.... eating by hand is simply super rather than eating spoon....by eating hand ..we feel all flavours in the food ..love from Andhra...☺️☺️

David I live in India and we have some really good Samosa shops here. But I'll be honest, you're probably eating 10x the amount of samosas a month than I do on a yearly basis. I'm on Keto so I just enjoy the Samosas vicariously through your videos. Great going buddy! Best of luck!

Chinese food in India first gained prominence in Kolkata where the workers from China started coming in the late 18th century (since Kolkata was a thriving port). Over time, with the addition of Indian elements, it gained massive popularity and spread across the country, and eventually became a cuisine on its own.
Thank you 💕 so much ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Sir ... For accepting Indian cultural heritage dishes ... You are so kind ....... With love ♥️ from Qatar 🇶🇦 Sarath from India 🇮🇳 ( Kerala State)
There is no need to eat with hands. Just use spoon. What is more important that you should enjoy the food and not get uncomfortable while eating it. We indians can do it because we are doing this since we were children. It's not easy to eat rice with hands. I don't want anybody to get uncomfortable while trying Indian food for the very 1st time. It kills the fun.
I'm from GR. NOIDA/DELHI & believe Me I still struggle hard to Eat RICE based DISHES by Hands & I often visit HYDERABAD and at TIMEs I feel really bad for failing to Eat ANDHRA MEALs (especially RICE & SAMBAR, RICE & RASAM) by Hand 😔. Thanks a ton DAVID for teaching the Technique @ 15:00 by Palm.
You are literally living my dream, I am Pakistani and I wish I could try the amazing indian food from a indian restaurant. Although Pakistani and indian food is all similar yet still both of our style of cooking is different. And Pakistani food is INCREDIBLE so I can only imagine how INCREDIBLE Indian food would be🙌🇵🇰🇵🇰🇵🇰
