To all the tourists making plans to visit India: 1. Never buy street food. It is never hygienic, Indians get used to eating those over time but if you eat something from the streets, you are very likely to spend much of your trip in the toilet. 2. Do not buy packaged water from street vendors. They collect used bottles from garbage, fill it with any available water and seal it again. 3. Never, I repeat, never drink or eat anything that has ice (the one this gentleman had poured in his red lemonade). Those ice bricks are made in local factories with untreated water and most of the time these vendors buy those from mortuaries. It is a usual practice to keep dead bodies on ice slabs before the cremation/burial. These vendors get those ice slabs for fare prices and then they use those to make your drinks. 4. Don't hire unauthorized Taxis. They will loot you. You will end up paying 4 times the price. Uber is readily available in major cities and Ola (another taxi service) in most cities. 5. Keep your embassy number handy, memorize it if possible. Also, keep some cash hidden somewhere in your clothes all the time. Your belongings and passport are always at risk. 6. When you go to religious places, do not buy anything from streets and don't fall for their schemes. Do what others are doing or ask a police personnel or the security personnel. 7. When you visit a historical place, they will try to sell you antique items claiming they are a hundred year old. They are all fakes. Buy items only from authorized government shops. 8. Don't pay the children, they will come begging to you. 9. Stay alert and don't let the women wander alone.

sir we indians use ginger, onion, turmeric,cumin seeds, lehsun, green chilli, red chilli, coriander, and green coriander, asafetida, , rock salt, or normal Salt which is obtained by sea,. these are added in the food that we eat always these spicies make our food tasty and also protect us from many diseases, specially we use turmeric for its medicinal properies and it also add yellow colour to the dish, and then to get red colour we use res chilli, green chili we eat so that our lever, pancreas stay fit and healthy,
