Fasting is super good for your body! I've been doing 18- 21 hour fasts everyday and eating low carb no sugar and have lost 33 pounds in a month! I still eat food and enjoy healthier versions of my fav foods, it's worth it! No bloating, and feeling sick after eating greasy meals.

I love your content 🥹 but for the longevity of mochi please stop feeding her huge chunks of human food like that! I’m not saying I don’t give my dog human food occasionally, but in large chunks like that is bad and especially since you said she was sick. I hope she gets better soon 💕 also fasting is not good for certain people and cause actually cause more weight gain 💔 but I hope it works for you 🥰
