Made the quiche today, it was soooooo good, even my granddaughter who isn't vegan liked it. I will be making more of this one for sure. Can't wait to try the other 2 recipes.

It's been years since I've had quiche and omg! This is amazing!!!! I added tomatoes and onions to mine. I added more black salt to give more of an egg flavor. Worked perfectly! Adding the additional veggies made the cooking time longer but it was worth it! Eating it with some tempeh bacon! Eating right never tasted so good!
4:33 Forging mushrooms is just the best. I've been doing so since forever (literally, as my mum was doing the same when she was pregnant) as it is quite common where I live. And honestly, the experience and the quality are just incomparable to anything else :D

Everything looks delicious! However, I think breakfast should be more traditional Southern. Homemade biscuits and gravy, grits, eggs, bacon or sausage!!!! Or hashbrown casserole :)

Foraging is such an awesome fun hobby! Mushrooms always taste better when you find them yourself 😛 my favorite is “chicken” of the woods. It really does taste like chicken to me
Leave out the liquid aminos and salt next time, then add the seasoning and liquid smoke to the bbq sauce, heat the sauce in a pant then put in the shredded mushrooms. A bit less bbq sauce also.

Fried oyster mushrooms are the bomb. I’m currently trying my first attempt at growing oyster mushrooms in a bucket. Hoping it’s successful because I’ll be trying that pulled mushroom sandwich if so!

Great video, guys! Yummy food! Question: What vegan margarine and cheese do you prefer (as in the quiche)? FYI, I make a similar vegan quiche and add nutmeg. So good! On another note, would u guys do a video on how to make a good cauliflower pizza crust and a good zucchini pizza crust as well? My issue (despite drying, squeezing water out, etc., is that the crusts are never dry enough. I have a great 5 ingredient no roll pie dough recipe I created years ago for my food allergy kids and my vegan self. It is yummy and filling! Lemme know if ur interested... So easy! As for doing something else like this especially with a Southern vegan, it would be awesome if u could collaborate with Mississippi Vegan. He is so great! I was born and raised (and still live) in the south and I was today years old when I learned virginia is considered part of the south 😅 I always thought of it as a northern state
One I other thing. I didn’t know how much milk to put in. Was it a cup in the just eggs or half a cup. The recipe list says a cup but the the explanation says use the remaining milk. Which might mean 1/2 cup.
