in 1992 at the Ipf worlds I met Ed and captain Kirk and it was life changing for me, meeting my hero's and they was so helpful with advice there conduct was amazing. my best memory of that day was when Ed said to me hey kid (67.5kg i was !) your hands are big and he put his hand over mine and he said yep same size as mine your do well. the GOAT !
The size of his hands.....by his own admission the one thing he feels he was gifted with to hold on to those massive deadlifts. I disagree, the deadlift is only one lift and he was gifted at all of them to makes some of the biggest per bodyweight totals of all time. Ed was truly a phenom, a 5'6" powerhouse.

Lol short guys can kick ass more than tall and even heavy set dudes. Guy I worked with as mall security was five foot nothin and was notorious for catchin people and putting them in cuffs legally.
