As with the Ranger and Wing Diver, the key is to keep the small enemies from damaging the Bargas. At the start, wait till the Aliens start shooting. If you attack early, they will start shooting the Bargas early, inflicting more damage overall. After processing the Betas coming from both sides, move to the hill on the right. Missile down the Alphas, but keep your distance from the Aliens and Erginus. You don't have the time to fend them off. Go back to the NPCs, so you don't get swarmed by the Wasps. Get rid of the Wasps. After processing the Tadpoles, keep an eye out for the orange Barga. It will be dropped at the same time as 24 elite Aliens. Turn Barga around and punch those bustards into the ground! Fun fact: Barga's fists ignore the Aliens' armor and damage them directly.
The timing of the NPC-Barga reinforcement is always a bit different, as it's linked to the number of Bargas alive. But they never appear before the 7 Archeluses. If things go wrong, you can find yourself alone with several Erginus and Aliens without any backup. Things will go wrong if the Erginuses use their breath attack too often. One good hit costs a Barga half its lifebar. So, if RNG is against you, you lose despite doing everything right.
If launching thousands of missiles is not action packed enough for you, throw away those pesky weapon level and HP limitations and go Off Limits (linked below).
