I wish China had an english broadcast, honestly it's probably the biggest reason why most of the world doesn't really know their teams and why they are underestimated coming into every international because yhe majoirty of ppl are just going off of what they saw at the last international and haven't seen their recent improvements. It also makes ppl less interested in the region in general. Personally, I watch only the playoffs for CN.. but most ppl don't watch the region at all. I think Riot should consider an English broadcast now that the region is really competitive with the other big 3. Also as someone who speaks English as their 1st language, it might sound kind of rude to ask that they should have every region in English.. but tbh its just a fact that more people will understand English than any other secondary language when it comes to fans from EU and other parts of the world as well.
