As an ADHD Izzet player who has been searching for that sweet spot balance between "fun commander that actually works in doing izzet things" and " still fun for everyone else" this is a godsend. Also this video literally pulled me out of a panic attack i was having when i saw it, thank you. (Are there any other izzet 'saviours' you know of? - or even for other colours, commanders thst specifically deal with whqt makes those colours unfun most often)

As a primary Izzet player, and someone who played Red/Blue even predating legions..... This is a fair depiction of what we do. More turn per turn is the name of the game with Izzet.

I love izzet with my full soul, but can never quite make it work. This card is literally a godsend. Keeps big creatures from attacking the spellslinger, and allows for even cheesier spellslinging plays. It's severely underrated in commander. The battlecruiser player in me hates it, but the izzet player in me adores it.

As a Mardu player I have to admit Izzet and Dimir are both very fun colors. I always give Blue the side eye cause I don't lie being a basic ass bitch, but card draw and counterspell are just damn tasty as well.

Absolutely adore Edgin! He absolutely hits the sweet spot where the original Jhoira could be too much and get hated off the table, the cost reduction being just enough to make certain cards feel GREAT to play without actually being busted! One with the Multiverse? Swarm Intelligence? Thousand Year Storm? All humongous win-more cards that you usually spend your turn 4 and 5 setting as Yu-Gi-Oh trap cards that people can't expect but can't always be mad at you for playing a little ahead of time. Honestly, one of my favorite synergies I ever got to use with him was casting a foretold Storm King's Thunder where X = 3 after reduction, as well as a foretold Big Score to make six treasures and draw six cards at the end of someone's turn on turn 5 (thanks to a singular mana rock and hitting my land drops). Really appreciate this video!

My group has been using "more x per x" (from d&d difficult terrain requiring more feet per foot) for a while now, and it is *wild* to hear our little in joke outside of the group!

I play Orzhov nearly exclusively, might just splash some green on occasion for a Rhino or some such nonsense. Nothing makes me happier than ripping card draw from an Izzet player’s hand. This card looks like the bane of my existence. Oh, and Karona, False God next please my good sir.

This is a wonderful update of o.g. Jhoira. (Goad is beautiful) but the enfranchised nerd in me really wishes it was a universes within card that didn't have a real (but admittedly dashing) actor's face on it.

As someone who plays Be'lakor, the Dark Master EDH, that religiously tries to mulligan for the heaven sent (hell sent?) blessing that is Dream Devourer and that got saved and even handed some victories thanks to Kardur Doomscourge, having both effects on your commander feels like cheating (even if the goad is a bit less powerful on Eddy here), the good kind of cheating, the one that makes you win. Also, the look of terror on people faces when you plop down a massive threat for significantly cheaper / cast a Damnation for BB and then spend the rest of the turn building up an hell army is priceless.

Oh yeah. I look forward to building this and getting Vhal, Candlekeep Researcher out at the same time. I can taste the salt already
