Editor of Portraits Magazine Trailblazer for Women in Baptist Journalism 

Elizabeth Young has served Arizona Baptists since 1980. She was named the first female editor of a weekly or biweekly state Baptist newspaper in 1988.
Portraits magazine is a quarterly feature publication for Arizona Baptists and is printed in both English and Spanish. It is one of the few state Baptist periodicals in the nation designed to reach a bilingual audience.
