@Peter Wexler This is a huge story . The child is 7 yrs old now. Her family doesn’t have to say a word and she will still be aware of what happened . Schoolmates , neighbors , ignorant adults , media, etc. The daughter will never escape it. Her father’s family killed her mother’s family & it’s well documented . Once she’s old enough , media will start asking her for interviews on the anniversary of the murders. Makes me wonder why you would automatically assume any damage would have to come from whoever is raising the child , if she blames herself ( as all children have a way of doing) or needs therapy.

Mom wanted custody, she was the control freak, alcoholic. She said shed kill whoever snitched. Jake mirrored his moms control on Hannah & she wasnt going for it. Jake didnt want to be saddled down with 2 kids, sowing his wild oats. IV strong armed his ex fir custody of their child, not knowing she was blessed, being able to live & now has full custody again. Family had zero morals. Hannah was a minor when Jake had sex with her, & Jake didnt know how to love, bc he was never taught. Both grannies knew of this plan. Mom Wagner was MASTERMIND!
Too bad the sheriff was just sentenced to 3 years for tampering with evidence (and stealing money) but, you know, "good old-fashioned police work". Can't help but wonder what other shady things he did during his career, and to people who perhaps weren't guilty (unlike the family in this case).
Jeffrey Dahmer's first victim of 16 was in Ohio. His other 15 victims were in Milwaukee. They occurred from 78' till 91'. The lives of a 8 family members were taken in one night. Thus, this is the worse massacre Ohio has had as of date. It falls right behind the Pulse massacre in 2016 for the nation. Jeffrey Dahmer was a serial killer, not a mass murderer.

I remember waking up that morning to hear the news talk about this horrendous crime. There were so many different theories going around. Later that day after the murders were discovered people started a rumor that it was the Mexican cartel that murdered this family. I'm just glad there's going to be justice for the remaining family members. At least the one decent thing these animals did was not to kill the little children in the houses. I just cannot imagine how sick in the head that you have to be to come up with a plan like this. I hope some of these animals get put down. I'm not sure in Ohio how often they execute murderers. As most of us know Texas and Florida execute people all the time I just hope Ohio is the same way if these people are convicted.
He pleaded quilty & testify so that the death penalty would be taken off the table for hm & his family.To spared he & his family from the death penalty.

Death Penalty is off the table for all 4 Wagners now. If Jake testifies against his family, one brother, mom and dad, the prosecution will drop the DP for all of them. This is in his plea agreement.

The crime happened 6 years ago. These clowns were arrested 3 years ago. This one pleads guilty 1 year ago. Is there EVER going to be a trial? Jesus Christ Ohio what's the hold up??????

It depends on local ordinances as they do vary from place to place. It might be required by his employer or if he is in public place or on a public street. There are lots of reasons he could be wearing it.
