A slow collection of evidence was being done for those 2 years and it was the finding of the silencer prototype in the well at former Wagner family farm on Peterson Road in Adams County Ohio that led to the arrests. Dewine actually said in Oct 2016 that he could make arrests then but wanted enough evidence to convict as well.
They didn't get away with it for two years , it was known all along, it was a dot connecting process ,and alot of evidence to comb thru to present an airtight case , thankfully the main IDIOT (JAKE) recognized that he had no chance at trial and took a pleasure bargain for his life

@@shiningbearable Rape has always and through my legal life been a capital crime i.e. death penalty. The point being that this rubbish murderer attempted to force forged papers upon the mother to avoid prosecution of the capital crime of sex with a minor which comprises rape in that section of the crimimal code. Anyhow, it is after the fact and useless disucssing now, Wagner pleaded guilty to 23 criminal charges. He appeared to enjoy pleading guilty when the Judge mentioned the two Hannahs. Would the prisons system allow him to rot, which is actually far too good for him? After sentencing and when he reaches his final destination, prison, he will probably become a religious leader like Chris Watts. To what end one would not know as he has no prospect of parole whatsoever.

Beyond Evil, this family is also Selfish. I Pray they have Nightmares everyday/night & in those dreams their the ones going through the act of being murdered. Why even have cameras in the courtroom; audio is so bad, you can’t hear at thing. Also the prosecutor is super fast reading from a script with zero emotion, inflection or any personality in her voice. I hope she will not be prosecuting in a courtroom.
