I had been wearing glasses since age 43. Three years ago I started doing simple rotation exercises daily. Then, it did take many months, my eyesight started to slowly improve. I am now 73 years old and only need glasses for reading. I am going to add these exercises to my daily routine! Thank you so much, lovely lady for posting.👍👍❤️❤️
My husband and my nurse friend told me yesterday that the eyesight can not improve. I know differently. They are both annoyed that I want to be glasses free and that I go without whenever I can.
This is not including sound code (Edward Rife student of Nicholas Tesal) magnetic field research (many) light code & sun bathing. All have cured cancer. Just not all of them
I have a swelled retina, high eye pressure from the steroids use to reduce swelling in the retina. I see green lines, brightness and darkness. , dry eyes too
@angelawaldron5511 Your husband and nurse friend are wrong !!! Eye vision can improve and I did it in about 2 years. First imperative is quit wearing glasses unless you need them for driving. Buy pinehole glasses and wear them 15 min every day if you have myopia you watch tv with them if presbyopia you reade. Do acupressure on your eyes morning noon and night… eat fresh fruits and vegetables 🥦 I had -1,25 and now -0,5. Everything is possible ❤🎉
I only half did these exercises and found a difference thank you. When I’m feeling better I’m definitely starting a new regime with you. Bless you in love and light from Eckington, Sheffield, UK 🇬🇧❤️🐾
Found this! I’m 50 and I had cataract surgery already. And I’m on the computer a lot for work and after as much as I know I shouldn’t! This helps greatly! Thanks
Thank you so much for trying the video and sharing your experience. We have lots of interest in how well this video works but we of course can not make any medical claims. It's great to hear that you found benefit with your condition. Keep us posted on how your practice goes. Thank you for being a part of White Tiger Qigong!
I made note to do this exercise again and again. Amazing how my eyes felt! I felt the energy from my fingertips right away. I love it. Thank you for being in my path and sharing this technique! ❤️
Wow I have many problems to eyes 👀 now am doing this exercise daily and see how is it going thank you very much doctor 🙏 🙏 🙏 jeesas crist all of your family

I am so grateful to you Sarah Divine for showing these eye exercises. I am developing white marks/spots on my eyelids. There is a kind of puffiness and stress around my eyes. Would these exercises help?
That felt very relaxing and calming for m eyes. Get a lot of blurred vision and eye strain when reading….will let u know after a few weeks of doing this method how it goes. Thank you. xx😊
Thank you for trying the video and your wonderful feedback. I bet you would find great benefit with regular practice! Keep us updated if you continue please. We love to hear how everyone feels from the practice. 🙏
well how was it? Can you let us know. It;s great that everybody thinks it helps straight away but it would be nice to hear from somebody who has done the exercises for awhile.
Thank you, very effective and interesting. I'd really appreciate a video demonstrating qigong for eyes that deals with the neck and superficial back and front and spiral line you speak of here. Thanks again.
Thank you for watching and for your request! It's always great to get ideas and hear what people are looking for. Thank you for being a part of White Tiger Qigong!🙏
@@WhiteTigerQigong Thank you for asking, and for the reminder to practice! I'm going to do it every morning from now on. After I do this massage, after every step when I palm, I see a blue-violet light when my eyes are closed. It's not the deep purple light I see sometimes. Is it a good thing to see it? Are these exercises good for astigmatism, or is there something else I can do for that? Would really appreciate a video dealing with neck tension related to eyes. Thank you. I appreciate your channel.
Fabulous! Keep it up. The practice is cumulative. Feeling the benefits so quickly is great! Thank you for taking the time to let us know. Keep us posted 🙏

You’re welcome 😊We're happy you found benefits. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. 🙏 Let us know how it goes if you continue practicing.
@@WhiteTigerQigong I didn’t keep up with a regular practice. I have been more focused on a daily yoga routine. Eye yoga has been part of that as well and it’s a little bit like Eye Qigong. Thank you for the reminder today to pick up your lovely Eye Massage and exercises again. That’s much appreciated 🙏❤️
Thank you, great video like all the White Tiger Qigong! ❤ It would be very appreciated to have a version without background music ( which unfortunately in my case inhibits relaxation )...
I would so appreciate, some guidance or recommendations for my eyes. I currently have a detached retina in my right eye, am unable to get surgery because of a silicon allergy. My left has macular hole and retina damage. I just started doing this it has help reduce the eye pain
Sorry to hear about your condition. We are unable to give medical advice. If it's helping, then continue the practice in a gentle manor. Check with your doctor if there is any question.
Happy to help! Your arms & hands are exercising too, even if it seems like minimal movement. Try pausing the video when your arm gets tired to shake it out and get the blood flowing back in. The more you practice, the stronger your arms will get too. 😊🧡
You are so welcome! Was this your first time trying the video or have you practiced it for a while? If you don't mind sharing, we'd love to hear about your experience. 🙏
Wonderful! In case you're interested, we offer a free 5 Day Training at whitetigerqigong.com/ You can also enjoy Live Stream Classes. Sarah is one of the instructors. Thank you for such nice video. You really exude positive energy🍀 I believe in harnessing healing from meditation, yoga and excercises. But at the same time i am a bit apprehensive because of so much information roaming around. So that i want to ask if myopic person could perform these excercises as my doctor friend says that myopia causes thin retina and any kind of pressure( such as eyeball rotation)can lead to damage or tear in retina? I have been informed that we should not put pressure on eyeballs because it could be harmful for lenses. I hope you clear my doubts so that i can put these excercises into practice. Love and glory to you❤
Thank you for sharing this information. You should always listen to your Dr. Focus on the energy. Do the movements close to the eye but not on it. Imagine touching your eye. Allow the energy to connect. Sounds a bit out there perhaps but if you try a few times, I bet you'll feel it. Like rubbing your hands together back and forth quickly then stop. Feel the energy between them. The heat. Try that before practice.
I love the exercises - I love to do Them out in Nature early morning. …. And could not find the link to the Free e- book you mentioned early in the video? 🎵💜🎶
We can not make medical claims. We suggest you try the practice consistently for a period of time and see how it works for you. It will help with the strength of the eye muscles and get more energy & blood flow. Let us know how it goes please 🙏
Hello Charmaine ~ Thank you for your interest. We can not make medical claims. We suggest you try the exercises for yourself and see how it works. Please make sure to check with your doctor if you have any conditions or concerns. Massage in general helps with circulation and the qigong moves the energy. You may find more than benefit from inflammation. It can be very relaxing 🙏😊
Hello Elizabeth. Thank you for your interest. We can not make medical claims. This practice can be beneficial but of course everyone is different. We suggest you try the exercises consistently for a period. Perhaps a few weeks. See if you find improvement. Many people feel benefit from various qigong exercises immediately but others, may take longer, especially if it is a long standing condition. Please let us know if you decide to try it. Keeping track of your progress can be a big help. Thank you again for your interest and for being a part of White Tiger Qigong.🙏
How is this slow eye rotation position-by - position with inhale and exhale better than doing full quick repeated eye circles ? I am deeply interested, as I’ve been dabbling in this over the years and just now came across your techniques here. Thank you. 🙏
My apologies for missing the question. My understanding is you are more meticulously working the muscles through the articulation helping to work the muscles but also help them to relax. When we move a muscle quickly it trainings it differently than a slower movement. The eyes are very sensitive too. Some people may get a bit dizzy with faster movement. I hope that was helpful. 🙏
@@WhiteTigerQigong oh that makes total sense!!!! Like doing qigong more slowly and regular exercises more slowly! Yes! Thank you thank you 🙏 ✨✨✨ for seeing and responding to my question. 🙂. Yes. I’ll check out other videos of yours too now. After I redo this one :)
Wonderful! I'm so happy that was helpful. We really appreciate your feedback & questions. Let us know if anything else comes up. Happy practicing :) PS. Make sure you check out some of the videos for neck or shoulder relaxation too. The neck and upper back alignment and health contribute to eye function too :) Keep us updated on how things are going🙏
Thankfully I appreciate instruction and deeply feel effect from my first massage. I'm suffering tree years intensive pain middle of the night. Doktors did not know anything but prescribed painkillers. I deed not know if I may massage it. I am using homeopathic remedy for circulation and Mary Gold flower extract. It helps.
We wish you the best on this healing journey. Check with your Dr that this work is ok. If so, be as consistent & gentle as possible. Track how you feel so you can notice more easily how you progress. Let us know how it goes🙏
It can be. It's relaxing as well as stimulating energy flow. Most people could use a little extra rest. If you are not that type, then perhaps do some of the exercises but not all. See if you are less tired after. Keep us updated! Thank you for your feedback!.🙏
@@WhiteTigerQigong Thank you for responding so promptly.. Your second sentence resonates👍 I am tired and find it difficult to rest them at times, Meditation always good of course.. Wondered if you have any exercises/advice for sore eyes behind the sockets, eye whites tend to be discoloured mist of the time also, eye tests all come up excellent. . I am a woman, late 50s. Thanks again
Sorry to here about your eye condition. Unfortunately, we can not give medical advice. It's best to check with your Dr to make sure everything is OK for you to practice or if you need to skip or modify. Wishing you the healing you are going for or better🧡
Hmm...I find the video confusing at times. I am a precise person and I see some instructions/precision missing from this video. Is there somewhere a more precise version? Thank you. Also it seems like a long session. isn't it going to be tiring for the eyes?
