🦈 Relief from shark fear. Thank you Sascha 🧡
Sascha and I chat about what’s that happened when we were sailing on Saturday. Sasha became very anxious about going in the ocean because she had heard the place we were staying was called shark rock. There was an Immediate association with the word shark which lead her to believe they were in the ocean, she became very fearful of what was in the water, including jellyfish that could sting her.
👈👉👆We did one or two rounds of tapping. 🙀🙀Her intensity was a 10/10 and a tightness in her chest, at the end it had gone done to a 2/10 and she was ready to swim in the ocean again.
🙌The Important thing is here that we interrupted this fear at the roots, therefore not progressing to a long-term fear of going in the ocean.
