I’d like to share a little experience I just had where I got triggered by going into a charity shop. Whenever I do certain things, I get a wave of deep grief about my mother who passed away during Covid from pancreatic cancer, I was very fortunate to be able to be by her side for the week of her passing though it was traumatic, and of course I still long for her physical form but doing some tapping in action which is what I’ve just done, allowed me to really connect with those emotions and aspects to do with her passing or feel more at peace.
Healing does not mean we don’t feel distressed about the situation that we are attempting to be at peace it simply means that we feel less distressed and potentially much more connected to our body and ourselves, and if it’s loss of a family member or friend , we can feel more deeply connected to them in a different way relationship forms
