This was a wonderful tapping. I like your style and compassionate nature. Thee is a loud background noise though that took away from the peacefulness.

This helped SO much thank you. I had so much suppressed emotion here - grateful you put the anger part in there, that was unexpectedly ripe. I really hope you'll take the two ads out of the middle of this gvideo though, because it really intrudes on the beautiful process you're taking us through. 🙏🏼🙏🏼

Hi there not at all. You can use either the left or the right hand. 💕

Main thing to do is just to follow the process. It’s kind of irrelevant actually if you’re left or right-handed.

@seeker522 I think it’s actually relevant. I would just try it as I describe it and hopefully you will feel better. Good to keep repeating at least once a day and until you start to feel a cognitive shift in your thinking about what it is i.e. hopefully you’ll start to feel like you can get better, Hope. 🙏

Will this work for a mass of anxiety and trauma ? I cannot focus in on one thing there are too many active all the damn time

Hi There, not on your own no. It is much safer and more effective to be professionally guided to release Trauma. This is a good process for pain in the body or an emotion that it too intense at the time of engaging this process. That was amazing and I do a lot of EFT tapping but you're specific brand of it and style was very useful and very helpful and I felt a lot of relief during and just after.🎉 Thanks so much! Keep up the good work

When you say the line ‘the experience in my mind, may be different to how i envsion it’… i don’t understand as isn’t this the same thing. Can you suggest a line that implies that the actual experience may be different to how i am fearing it in my mind. Or clarify if this is what you meant to say… thank you for the lovely video :)

I would suggest overlaying my words with your own that feel right. Ie something like the experience in my mind, maybe different to how it could be or will be? 💕

Thank you , I just wish you could allow enough time between sentences for us to repeat without having to be quite as time restricted...it does become so tight in places, that one is more focused on repeating as an overlap when it would be great to have less pace and more space to focus on the words themselves . Thank you so much. I woke up the other morning and I was in immense pain. A very good friend shared this link. I don’t normally like tapping. So put it off all day, until I really couldn’t get comfortable to go to sleep. So I tried it, and the next day, even though I was still in discomfort, it was manageable. I keep doing it and it is really helping. Thank you so very much. And I look at tapping in a different way now. It’s silly how we attach “fear” and make up excuses to avoid things. xx

I felt so relaxed after this practice I could not stop yawning. My breathing slowed to a steady calm rhythm. This is the best tapping experience I've ever had. Thank you and blessings to you!

From my understanding, we are immediately offering relief by soothing the amygdala, the mid part of the brain which takes you into fight or flight when you’re stressed prompted adrenal glands to produce cortisol xx
