I'm a Vietnamese, so I recommend for u that put just 1 tbsp sugar, add 1 tbsp condensed milk, 1/2 tsp honey and 1/2 tsp vanilla if u want. It will more greasy and fragrant so u cant feel the eggy taste/smell of yolk. Try it
If you dont like the smell of the eggs I recommend putting in few drops of vanilla and beat them on a double boiler to completely cook the egg while still make it fluff.
Have you done that yourself and it was successful? Because I have never eaten raw egg and I'd be relieved if I could cook it somehow and your idea might help
@@syedanoorulhudarizvi6387 Yeah I've made them few times. In fact, whipping up eggs in high speed helps cooking it. However if it's your first time trying this, double boiler method is best.
There are many food cultures in other countries that eat raw eggs. People who say it's disgusting are very ignorant and uneducated. They have to learn about cultural relativity🙏🏻
As an American, I think part of the problem is that we are told at a young age that raw eggs can give you salmonella poisoning and then some people will even go as far to not eat eggs that are over easy or soft-boiled due to this fear and associate those with rawness. It's something that I'm trying to get over and this looks like something that I want to try to make someday.
@@Metal-Ace ikr! I'd have to lick the cake or brownie batter in secret to not get in trouble 😂😂 my sisters thought i was crazy for liking egg coffee til i told it's basically custard or like eggnog XD
Vou experimentar😉
If you have some leftover yolk with sugar you can chop some coarse nuts and add them to the already frothy mix and slowly cook and stir. When it's sticky take out lumps with a teaspoon and leave them to dry completely. Amazing dessert.
In Poland we call mixture of egg yolks and sugar kogel-mogel ☺️ it's my childhood dessert and me and my siblings would eat this constantly. We never got sick from it either. The best kogel-mogel is the one made out of the fresh farm eggs. Some people would beat up the whites first and then put in the yolks but it can make the dessert watery.
Olivia R if the intention was to make a meringue, then yes whip the whites with sugar. But remember a meringue would be baked or toasted to form a crisp dessert. whipping yolks gives you a creamy texture.
We just use 2 egg yolks and 2 T sweetened condensed milk. Whip up with the immersion blender and we use a VERY strong coffee (in a French press-brewing while the egg mixture is whipping up.) The strong coffee is mellowed by the super sweet egg mixture and vice versa. As for coffee drinks, as far as our family is concerned, this is the best. We HIGHLY recommend!😊
OMG RAW YOLK?!?! I've had a little anecdotal experiment going for quite a few years now, where once in a while I ask someone, "ever known or heard of a friend of a friend getting sick from raw eggs?" Not once have I found someone who has themselves, known someone who has, or known someone who's known someone who has (that they knew of). Not once.
Some people start their day every day with multiple raw eggs and swear by it for their health. That's always sounded a bit gross to me, but whatever... They ain't getting sick from it is the point
A CYNWRIG Yeah it can be very healthy. My uncle swallowed every morning these little quail eggs and said that‘s very good for him. He also gave me some too but I knew that I will feel bad. It‘s a personal thing, I don‘t like the egg smell and I don‘t like boiled eggs. Every morning my mum is very angry because I don‘t eat eggs😅
Honestly whenever I'm baking and the first step is to whisk eggs and sugar, the resulting fluffy cream is so yummy I can't resist tasting it. A few times I even made just egg and sugar mixed together without baking anything
Its a Vietnamese coffee ❤, I tried it a long time ago Even with the addition of vanilla, there is still a little smell, but in general it is good👌, but I got a stomach ache😂😭

Sou do Brasil. Achei deliciosa a receita.
Cuarantine day 13: youtube recommended vídeos of coffee with egg and Dalgona coffee Me: there is that if I'm interested My mind: and you since when do you like coffee Me: I have no choice fred Lol
Valeu, abraço, Londrina, Paraná, Brasil Hummm, delicious egg yolk with coffee. I also like with cinnamon powder. 😋😋 Thanks from Londrina, Paraná, Brazil.
The egg yolk topping looked good until you made the drink with INSTANT coffee. NOOOOOOO. You can make such a better drink even with a pour over or percolator. If I made this with espresso it would be so amazing
That was my first thought, too: what a lot of effort to dress up instant coffee! But maybe the point is to make sure the coffee is really boiling hot so that it cooks the egg yolk?
@@loisavci3382 Coffee should never be boiled... Max temperatur for coffee should be 95°C If it boiles the easenthial oils of the coffee will be "burned" and it will destroy the taste of the coffee.
@@blackforest_fairy I agree boiling destroys the taste of coffee. Coffee made by pouring boiling water into a cup with instant coffee powder, though, would likely be hotter than, say, coffee made with a drip filter, The temperature an egg needs to reach to be considered cooked is 160F. A big enough cup of coffee that starts out at, say, 205F would cook the egg as the egg brought the coffee down to a drinkable temperature.
