Started dieting on Monday Felt good on Tuesday Got used too on Wednesday Felt hungry on Thursday Momma beat me on Friday Got broke on Saturday Dided on Sunday
If u don’t add sugar to the green tea you can basically drink 20 cups of it no problem - no need to limit ur intake! It’s 0 calories, filling, and healthy. The only problem might be the caffeine, but they’ve also got decaf if u wanna chug a gallon of it at night 😆🤷♀️
We lost weight with these egg diet easily but the difficulty is after stopping this diet and come to our daily routine food habits we will gain weight surely, i lost 5kgs of weight in 10days and regain after stopping the diet , its impossible to follow this diet for life time , so the conclusion is try these diet whenever you want instant weight loss for good looking in your friend or sister marriages😅😂
That happened to YOU not me or many other people. Many of us never regained. It’s your fault for eating the same way you did. You could’ve just ate healthier. 🙄 don’t discourage others
Do the diet for 10 days then swap out the oats to a small portion of dinner instead. It's a lot easier to manage that way or reduce your carbs intake and reduce portion sizes. I easily maintain my weight when i do the egg diet, i only tend to put on weight if I've been overeating, drinking too much alcohol or/and eating very unhealthy. Good luck!

Hey hii pls make sure u have healthy lifestyle after this diet avoid having junk/high carbs/sugar. Have in small portions and do include green tea/protein/fibre in diet and have food u love to. Make sure u also walk for 20mins . That's gonna maintain only then.
wow u can consume 3 eggs. Myself could not. 1 egg any size can make me full until dinner at 18pm paired with either banana or apple ofc. For dinner i only eat 1 sweet potato
Yes. You're supposed to lose 1kg a day. She was eating bananas which is not allowed in the diet. Stick to the exact instructions from the owner of the diet and with your workout, You're guaranteed success
@@elithluxe7568 The creator is Versatile Vicky here on RU-vid. I'm currently in Dubai the apples I was having were horrible. If I were home in Africa I'm sure I'd have managed to finish the diet. So I totally understand your worries.
@@this_is_nyeleti oh yes now I remember. Her diets are all great. I'm really researching what apples are the best cause the ones I've gotten are always those red delicious (that's the type of apple) ones and I hate them. I'm going to end up not eating the apple at all and starve the entire day

@@swethakumar1441basically u need to just eat 900 calories a day.. substituting anythin as long as the diet is under 900 calories , everythin will go smooth
😂people worry about cholesterol when consuming alot of eggs but don't worry your HDL will be OK if it's not bad already. It's like sugars. There are good natural sugars and then there are good HDLs. Eggs are super foods that are great for your HDL.
Why don't NUTRITIONISTS pass stuff like this on to the masses??? This is very simple-but for some can be very helpful... Thank you for that knowledge!!
