To anyone requesting for eggless recipe, here it is😊
EGGLESS DINNER ROLLS very soft & fluffy
✔️Dough
1 cup [240 ml] fresh milk or evap
3 tbsp [38 grams] sugar
2 tsp [6 grams] instant yeast
2 & 1/2 cups [320 grams] all purpose flour
1/2 tsp [3 grams] salt
1/4 cup [55 grams] margarine or softened butter
✔️Optionals for top brushing
*fresh milk
*butter / margarine
🎛Baking time: 20-30 mins or until brownish top.
Time & temp may vary with oven specs. I’m using conventional oven with bottom flame only.
❇️Same recipe above can make an eggless donut, fried or bake👌try it☺️
💡Liquid absorption quality of a flour vary with its protein content, so sometimes dough mixture will behave differently. If your mixture turned out too wet & not kneadable, may add up flour or if your mixture is too dry, may add up milk👍
