Tried this today and it came out amazing! :) My experience : Used the same amount of ingredients. Put 6 - 7 grains of saffron in milk for yellow food colouring (The end result didn't turn out as yellow as in the video 😅). Put the batter in an 8 inch circular bowl. Took 22 mins to bake at 180 degrees. Felt that the glaze on top was a bit too sweet. Overall, thank you soo much for such a nice eggless recipe! 😀😀
I made this today. Came out very fluffy and light. Has a mild lemony flavour in every bite, not at all overpowering or sour in any way. Perfect for evening chai. I didn't make the glaze, but it was perfectly yummy by itself. Thankyou so much for this very easy recipe. I was hesitant to make thinking if no egg is added, would it come out fluffy, but it came out perfectly soft and airy.

This is one of the best cake I ever made, literally! And I have made like around 100 cakes. So that says something. The taste of lemon makes this cake outstanding. So fluffy and moist. It is very good. I also added walnuts on top which makes it even better because it adds a good crunch. Thanks a lot for this recipe❤️.
