Video Cooking demonstration and recipe for Eggs Benedict made in the Piemaker in about 3 minutes. Super Simple, Quick and Delicious, Crispy lean ham moist tender eggs and a drizzle of Hollandaise sauce. You never need miss the most important meal of the day again. We hope you give it a try.
INGREDIENTS:
100 grams lean shaved ham (4 slices)
2 slices of toast and enough butter to spread onto when toasted(25 grams)
4 eggs
20 grams hollandaise sauce
avocado oil to spray piemaker
METHOD:
Heat the piemaker,spray with oil, lay one slice of ham in each hole and fill with an egg. Close lid and wait until cooked to your preferred level of doneness. To check just press the yolk to test resistance. Less resistance will result in a softer egg. Lift onto buttered toast and drizzle with hollandaise sauce.
3 minutes will provide a softly cooked yolk with a firm white and the ham will be browned and a little crispy around the edges.
