Einstok - Icelandic White Ale 

I've had this a few times over the years and remember being blown away by it the first time i drank it, however the last couple have been short of the mark in the same way you have described. Recipe change? Cost of production? I think cost has meant that the beer has suffered in the same way many others have. Cheers Paul 🍻

This brewery has some great beers. Their best beer is probably their toasted porter, but the wit bier and pale are great too

Really good for the first few same with there toasted porter from Einstök

I love this beer, and Allagash White, I keep both in my fridge. I grab the Allagash when I want a little more citrus, and the Einstock when I want just a light touch. I can't touch Blue Moon these days, it just tastes cheap and artificial.

I'd like to see you review Phoenix White Monk.

Bought these in majestic last year, thought it was alright but would probably just buy a Belgian whit if I was looking for this flavour

There’s a restaurant near me that has it on tap. It’s not bad with a meal, but I prefer more flavor.

Ocado has it! But pricey vs the very nice Hoegarden. So weill stick to that

I enjoyed this ale, the one time I tried it.

It’s a shame when they produce something thats just not quite there but so easily could have been . Sounds ok , but i understand what you mean . Nice one 🍻😊
