I suggest that the network fire any announcer who makes the excuse that it's ok for a teammate to "support" a player who is involved in a physical altercation. Even in hockey, fighting carries penalities and in basketball, it's not allowed. If the announce is supporting fighting, then she should be let go by the network.

There is way too much manhandling in this league. Just because you can pick somebody up and move them doesn't mean you should. After they've already come on the court you can't take back the violation. Want to get between people to prevent a fight then fine, but picking them up or dragging them from behind is patronizing and would rightfully piss anyone off.
