#Mezzo-soprano, #recording scenery, #music performance speed is the fastest. #Realism and deep bass, #camera splitting, #simultaneous recording of the orchestra and singers, the great mezzo-soprano singer from Latvia stretched her charming voice long and the vibrato singing was impressive with its inflection❤️ Also, the camera split video of the TV camera switching operator switcher is wonderful. Also, the composition of the original video and the transitions of the video editing are wonderful and I was impressed. 🙌👍❤️ Thank you. 😊

What a voice! I, that ususally hate opera voices with to much vibrato, has here at last found the voice I can rely on. I just love her timbre, her contol, her attack and her without any false affections direct way to make Mozart sound the best.
@Wujek Albi Yes I have listened. And Lol! What a difference! Netrebko and Garanca are of course my favourites, I have listen to them in this many many times. Caballé and Horne seems to play some funny game over this, somewhat ironic about their passed prime times. Yes, what else can they do?
I just listened to this magnificent clip again and to me it represents close to the the ultimate musical experience. The aria itself, Elina Garancas incredible voice and intelligent presence, and the playfulness and transparency of the orchestra. Thank you, thank you!
It is not often that one hears a voice so magnificent as that of Elina Garanca. Of course, it doesn't hurt that she looks so beautiful (as if she needed anything to enhance her operatic presence). I hope we'll hear a lot more of Elina Garanca. What a gift!!! Thanks!
SUBLIME... desde aquel dia que escuche este video todos los dias escucho, y por Dios paso a formar parte de mis temas clasico que se escuchara por siempre... Espero alguna vez se presente por Argentina
it is certainly pleasant to read a string of comments devoid of the personal vituperation and invective that typifies so many comment strings. I am no student of opera but what a wonderful performance.
Well, La Clemenza di Tito is a challenge for sopranos - there are 5 parts for sopranos in the opera (and Mozart has no small parts). The opera is written to a voice Mozart had never heard, so to guard against the performer screwing up he wrote 5 roles. This role is not the best suited for Elina's voice - it is the best known, but don't tell a soprano, she can't sing! In Clemenza di Tito the parts are lies slightly different, so it should be possible to find one that is better suited. We can be certain of that, because the clarinet is to high pitched - it should be a bassetclarinet; but that would not suit her voice. Not that Elina does not sing it well, but it should fit the bassetclarinet. Would Mozart have permitted the switch - probably; but he would probably have suggested one of the other arias.
I love this beautiful Opera-Diva with her heavenly Mezzo-Soprano-Voice too (which is not so common as you know!) - specially when she instantly smiles marvellously by about 5 minutes' record. - So, I lisson to this Masterpiece of Mozart over and over again, enjoying this charming Lady Artist from Latvia (Baltic Sea). - And thanks a lot for uploading. - (KN--09/20-2023)
Just home after the same broadcast. Still tingling! Great to see Parto in context. for me it was the highlight of the opera. She really is a phenomenon.
Very beautiful voice and performance. And she is very beautiful too!. I love the way she moves throughout the performance. It indicates she is really feeling what she is singing. Thaks for posting!
Before you people start proclaiming the first classical interpretations and sopranos that you would listen as the best, far more the best ever, try listening to about 50 more renditions of the same aria first.Try listening to Sabine Devieilhe and Marianne Crebassa's rendition in this occasion and then we will see if you will still have the same opinion.I am interested in voices ,not names, and that should be the only criteria of measurement.Have a nice audition and a nice day,and sorry if i was a bit offensive but going on every video and watch comments ,oh,this is the best, etc,i am thinking, the best compared to whom?
What a pity that I don't understand the beautiful ITALIAN Language. Otherwise I would enjoy also intellectually the marvellous vocal Performance of the beautiful and lovely ELÌNA GARANCA - interpreting wonderfully MOZART's Masterpiece Aria. - Actually, she is, in my opinon, the BEST Mezzo-Soprano of our time. - Thanks again for this magnificent Video and Best Wishes from Sweden. - (KN--01/17-2024)
Such effortless power combined with a great voice, control, and sensitivity. Haven't seen anyone who can turn it on and off with such effect. She could be sitting on a sofa and the first note out of her would be PERFECT.
I accidentally came accross this performance. She looked like a concervatory of music college kid learning to sing and record. She was singing one of my favorite Mozart pieces. No matter how many times I listen to this same piece, I discover something new. In 1962 I came to Ann Arbor from Oberlin. I fell in love with Janet Baker's collection of Mozart arias. I ordered a long playing record of Janet Baker and went to Aruba. When I came back, the record was waiting for me. Amongst all Mozart arias, this particular aria "Parto Parto" stood out. Everytime I came to "Parto Parto", I could visualize warm Caribbean Sea water lapping white sand beaches. What a difference between Janet Baker of 1962 and Elina Garanca of 2020. That's a progress!
What a lovely voice Elina has. Add to Mozart and you have an amazing product. She is totally on the notes all the time; has a beautiful mezzo timbre and sings it beautifully. I cannot understand the 112 dislikes!!
I wonder how much work Garanca had to put into her singing practices to achieve this level. We like to talk about "talent" but "talent" alon is maybe 10% of success.
@@baritonebynight Exactly - Jimmy Buffett said to be successful you need 3 things, 1) a little talent, 2) a lot of hard work, 3) a lot of luck, and you need ALL 3 to succeed
Beautiful voice, beautiful singing. Beautiful Mozart This is her most melodic voice (pre about 2012) Her voice is SO amazingly MELODIC. I just love listening to it. Her actual singing is also amazing. This has everything.
@@bodiloto Usted siempre intentado sentar catedra. Elina canta este repertorio muy bien. Otra cosa son los papeles que está cantando en sus últimos años más pesados como la Dalila que no me convencen personalmente. Pero aquí está magnífica.
Yes, and remember Mozart was the first great musician to feature the clarinet. (His clarinet concerto is one of his last and greatest masterpieces.) This young lady is so gorgeous. I'm glad she chose the informal setting.
clive... you speak like the Italians I love... ma e' bella o cosa???? Beauty, the interior type can only create beauty.. but to have a have a nice packaging cerainly doesn't detract from anything... the other musicians were excellent too!
Es ist immer wieder ein Erlebnis und eine Freude diese sympathische Person singen zu sehen und zu hören. Unglaublich, man schmilzt dahin. Da ist RU-vid schon eine fantastische Erfindung.
