Back in the day they did. I had a Dakota with a 5 speed a few years back. Not quite as small, but it was a fun truck.

Hi Jimmy , i know those constant tension clamps can be a hassle to slide down the hose sometimes , but if you keep a can of silicone spray handy and give the hose a shot around the clamp they slide much easier , that works great on those rubber exhaust hangers also

When is the three year Icon box tour coming? We are dying to hear how it collapsed under its own weight, turned to dust because of the inferior metal, rusted away because of the garbage paint, and how modern tools won’t fit because the drawers aren’t deep enough.

The Elantra needs a cam and phaser. The dowel pin for the phaser walks inside the cam. Super common issue on that engine.

Yeah the only question is with 207,000 miles is it worth doing the work, or just replace it? Customer says he’ll run it until it fails, so I guess it will end up as an engine job.

I like to use you Jimmy to show the wife how crazy things are,, and why it cost so much to get something done.. I explained to her It's not the mechanic's fault for The most part it costs so much.. the garage is charging for his money and your money as well.. two people are getting paid for the labor,, And only the mechanic Eats all the pain.. On jobs like that Land Rover. How do you remember what bolts go where? Do you reinstall them so you remember how and where they went? Or just rely on memory

Yeah, I think Ford and Land Rover share a lot. The memory is usually how I do it, plus keeping bolts and parts organized to some degree also helps.

At some point will you refuse to work on a vehicle that is clearly and deliberately treated as a toilet? I mean, you have a beautiful new truck and a nice home. A disgusting filthy vehicle like that will transfer roaches and rotten smell to anything that touches it. Thats why I wont eat anything that someone brings to work or a side dish for a party unless I know them... People like this guy have disgusting habits and dont think twice about his vehicle resembling a septic tank. Hes not even embarrased...
