Hello, you have mentioned that immobilisation is for 3 weeks. There are studies that report early ROM would lead to better outcomes. May you share what your experience is with early, as well as longer duration of immobilisation? I would feel anxious, because some of the early ROM starts as early as 5 days.

Sir.. ur distal humerus plating video was of tremendous help..attempted the same for complex elbow # and was satisfactory..have some doubts sir 1)distally what extent should ulnar nerve be explored...was difficult exploring it beyond ulnar groove 2) medial plate proximal screws placement was difficult ...as we limited elevating triceps(fear of radial nerve traction on radial side)
