Lichdragon Fortissax can be found in Deeproot Depths after progressing to the last step of Fia's questline.
Grave Scythe is very strong against dragons given the standing R1 attack has enough overhead reach to consistently connect with their heads. Lorretta's slash makes for interesting movement capabilities, but definitely not worth using over more practical ashes of war like Swords Dance. Frozen Lightning Spear damage is meh, but it can cause frostbite if you use it enough + looks amazing.
