If you need a transfusion, they just look at one for compatibility. Having Rh Null means you lack all of the Rh make up. Only 43 people in the last 50 years have be diagnosed to have this blood. Likely they don’t let those people just run lose. You’re more likely just 0- like the other 15% of the human population with Rh negative factor. If you have AB- your blood is more rare than 0-😮
