Idk if you guys are doing this on purpose, but I love that you're going through all the lower end compressors. We all know the Darkglass/EBS/Aguilar comps sound great, but I bought an MXR Dyna Comp because of your video.

I'd recommend the Corset to guitarists looking for a nicely colored OTA comp, but on bass I've not been happy with it. It definitely can't compete with my pricier compressors, but even in the budget realm, you can do better with any typology other than OTA.

I had the Bass Preacher at one time, and I might be in the minority, but I liked that pedal. It wasnt expensive either. How does this one compare to the Bass Preacher?

Guy at my local shop recommended this over the preacher as it gives more control over the compression

As a bass player, I'm just not a fan of the dark glass sound. Debating on. Getting this or the bass preacher. It seems this having more knows would equal more range, but the bass preacher demos I've heard have an overall better tone for bass. I read somewhere, as an opinion, that unless an comp says bass on it it will be ok for 4 strings, but probably not extended range basses. This pedal sounds pretty good for 4 stings and guitar.

As much as I want to say I hear differences with the turning of the knobs, I can honestly say I don't hear anything at all that makes this a pedal that I would buy....... But I want it

What color is G2220 Gretsch bass guitar ? Can anyone tell me ? I don’t know if it’s imperial stain or walnut stain. I’ll be buying one promptly when I find out and yeah the pedal too Thanks in advance
