Electrolux Twin Clean Powerhead Can It Be Repaired Or Will I Need To Replace It?

Hello Alec, I've got a question I hope you can answer. I've got the Twin Clean vacuum cleaner but with the "ordinary" head (not powered). I'd like to know if this head can be opened as well so I can clean the wheels which won't turn anymore. I tried unscrewing all the screws I could see, but I was only to take apart the short piece of pipe that connects the head with the rest of the pipe (the one that you extend, sorry for my poor vocabulary).
